Purpose and standing
This working document proposes a forum for research and explanation concerning eusocial shrimp and collective systems. It does not create a legal entity, confer accreditation or appoint officers. Any formal establishment requires operator review and the appropriate legal process.
Proposed responsibilities
Maintain an evidence-led research agenda; publish clearly classified explanatory work; support reproducible computational models; create a responsible route for contributions; preserve a record of institutional decisions.
The Executive Secretariat would coordinate operations, with a proposed Scientific Advisory Council providing subject-matter scrutiny. Responsibilities, conflicts, appointment terms and decision rights must be agreed before these bodies operate.
Review and adoption
This document has not been adopted. Amendments should be versioned, explained and reviewed by future responsible operators. The first substantive review should assess capacity, legal standing and whether the proposed structure is proportionate to actual activity.
