Institutional status

AESRD is a proposed association in development. Governance bodies described on this website are proposed, and appointments are pending. No legal registration, charitable status, accreditation or third-party endorsement is claimed. The public information edition does not accept online submissions.

The document registry records drafts and proposals using stable working identifiers. An identifier establishes a reference, not an approval or external publication.

Research accountability

Original explanatory material names its responsible editorial entity and cites published sources. External peer review is not claimed. Proposed programmes describe questions and methods, not completed research. Corrections should be linked to the affected document and retained in a revision history.

Conflicts of interest should be declared before editorial or review decisions. Where an individual cannot review impartially, the proposed framework calls for reassignment and a recorded reason.

Public engagement

There are no published participation totals in this edition. The public demonstration is illustrative and does not collect answers. Demonstration records are excluded from real participation reporting.

Future metrics should identify their unit of analysis, eligibility criteria, deduplication method, reporting period and withdrawal treatment. A submission is not automatically an accepted scientific contribution.

Financial disclosure framework

No revenue, expenditure, assets, donations or audited statements are asserted. Before any funds are accepted, the operator must establish the legal entity, accounting responsibility, financial controls and applicable reporting obligations.

The annual-report template asks for verified figures, their source records and review status. Blank fields mean “not reported”, not zero. The template is a planning document and is not an annual report for an operating financial period.
