This website brings together a proposed research agenda, an explanatory library and an institutional document registry. Its purpose is to make the association’s intentions concrete and open to scrutiny.
Online enquiries, expressions of interest and procedural submissions are temporarily closed. The website remains open for reading and exploration; no staffed service or response commitment is implied.
What comes next
Before collecting submissions, the project requires responsible operators, scientific and legal-policy review, configured production security and a separately authorised service release.
