Public service status

Online complaints, membership expressions of interest, enquiries and participation submissions are temporarily closed. This public website has no collection forms, submission database or administrative access. Procedures describing intake or record handling are proposals for a future service.

Submit a correction

Use the Corrections enquiry category with the document identifier, affected passage, proposed correction and supporting source. Do not include private correspondence without permission. A submission is a request for review, not automatic acceptance of the proposed wording.

Proposed editorial treatment

Typographical changes may be recorded in source history. Substantive changes should carry a dated correction note explaining what changed and why. A serious reliability issue may require a prominent notice or withdrawal with an explanation.

Maintain stable identifiers and links. If a document is superseded, identify the successor and preserve the earlier status where lawful and appropriate.

Review responsibility

A future editor must assign a reviewer, manage conflicts and communicate a reasoned result where contact is possible. No staffed review service or turnaround commitment is established by this information edition.
